Return Material Authorization Request Form
Unopened and Undamaged Units: Eligible for a full refund upon inspection. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, provided the item is returned within 30 days. Restocking Fee: A $250 restocking fee will apply to returns made after 30 days. Customer is responsible for costs incurred to ship the unit back to Global Power Products. Shipment costs will be deducted from customer refund.
Shipping: Ensure all documents and shipping labels include our full company address as listed below. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the unit to our facility. Global Power Products will cover the cost of shipping the unit back to you.
