In order to purchase a GenerLink device, you must live in an area maintained by an approved Utility Company with the GenerLink product. If you purchase the device under false pretenses of an approved address, but proceed to install the device in a non-approved jurisdiction, Global Power Products bears no liability. If you purchase under an unapproved utility and need to seek a return, a $250 restocking fee will be applied.
